You may download any of these Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files to your local computer for offline viewing and printing. Click here to see complete instructions below.


NOTE: Remember that most pages on the EONI Web site automatically print in "print-friendly" form when you print from your browser. That means if you have Adobe Flashpaper or Acrobat installed on your computer, you should be able to "print" any such page to those formats if you want to retain copies for later viewing or printer.

Adobe Acrobat Reader required

These files are in the Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF). This means that you must have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer before you can view or print them. You may download the Adobe Reader free of charge from http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

If you have installed the Adobe Reader for "in-place activation" or as a browser plug-in, you may view it online directly from your browser. However, you may wish to use your browser's commands and key combinations that will allow you to download the file to your computer for later offline viewing. For example, if you use a Windows computer running Microsoft Internet Explorer, right-click on the download link and select "Save Target As ..." to begin the download. Similarly, right-click on the download link and select "Save Link As ..." if you use Netscape Navigator or Mozilla Firefox.

Once the files are loaded into the Adobe Reader, you may zoom in or out, or print a copy for reference. You may fill out the printed applications and return them to us by U.S. Postal mail.

TIP: Remember when printing to use Adobe Reader's Print commands, and not the print commands on your browser menu.
