A: Go to EONI Web Mail
(https://mail.eoni.com or click the link at the top left of our home page)

Enter your email address and password (for the email account you want to forward email for, not the email account you want to forward the email to). Select "MagicMail Lite" for the "Go to" option, then click "login".

Click on "Email Settings" near at the bottom of the left column.

carefully and accurately enter the email address you want your email forwarded to in the space to the right of the words:
"Forward youremail@eoni.com to"

Then click "Update forwards". Email forwarding takes effect immediately for new messages sent to your email account. Email forwarding will remain in effect until you delete the forwarding email address and click "Update Forwards" again. Email already received in your email account will not be forwarded.

Just below where you enter the email address you want the email forwarded to ...you will see a check box with the words:
"Keep a copy of forwarded messages in this mailbox."

Normally you should check this box.

You must be very careful if you do not check this box. If you check do not the box then EONI will attempt to send new email to the forwarded address. If we cannot send the email to the forwarded address for any reason the email message will be lost forever. So, we recommend you only uncheck this box if you are sure you want the mail to be forwarded and you will not be wanting a copy of each message forwarded to also be kept in your eoni.com email box.
