Support: Questions and Answers Detail
Q: What is the quarantine and how do I see what is in the quarantine?
A:
The quarantine is where email messages are stored that have been identified as unwanted by the EONI email filtering service.
The messages in the quarantine are usually accurately identified as unwanted email messages. However, occasionally a message will be placed in the quarantine that you actually wanted to receive.
You can review the email messages in the quarantine by logging into the EONI Web Mail system and then clicking the "quarantine" tab you will see after you login to the Web Mail system.
You can choose to view, deliver and delete the messages in the quarantine.
You can adjust the number of messages per page (from 1 up to 99). You can adjust this number by clicking on the "settings" tab at the top of the Web Mail, then click "display" on the left hand side. Here you will see a number after the words "Number of messages displayed per page", change this number from 1 to 99 and then click "save settings".
The email filtering service holds each message in the quarantine for up to 14 days.
