1. Click on Tools on the toolbar at the top of Outlook Express.
2. Choose Accounts.
3. Click on the Mail tab atop this window
4. Click on the Server tab atop the new window
5. Check the box that say My Server Requires Authentication.
6. Click OK, Then click Close
Eudora Users:
1. Click on Tools on the toolbar.
2. Choose Options.
3. Click on Getting Started.
4. Check the box on the right side that says Allow Authentication.
