Q: I can not send or receive e-mail, what's wrong??
A: 1.??Are you using Outlook Express?Check server settings in Mail Accounts

If you are connected to the Internet but cannot send or receive e-mail, do the
following:Start OE.Click on Tools.Click on Accounts.Now click on the Mail tab.
Under accounts you should see one or more accounts listed depending on how many
e-mail accounts you are checking.Highlight one by clicking on it.Now click properties.Verify
that your e-mail address and reply address is correct.Now click on the Servers
tab. Your incoming e-mail server should be pop3.eoni.com.Your outgoing server
should be smtp.eoni.com.Click Apply, then OK.Close the Internet accounts box.If
you have virtual mail through a hosted domain, call support at 962-7873, or
1-800-785-7873.



2.??Are you using Eudora Light?Check server settings in Tools/Options.

The following instructions are similar for Eudora Pro.Start Eudora.Click on
Tools.Click on Options. Click on getting started.Make sure that your POP server
is: yourusername@pop3.eoni.com.Now click on Hosts. The POP server should be
the same.Your outgoing mail server should be smtp.eoni.com.Click OK.



3.??Do you currently have an active dialup connection?

Make sure you are connected to the Internet before checking your e-mail.



4.??Are you getting error messages or illegal program operation messages?

Make a note of the error messages and then contact Support at 962-7873 or 1-800-785-7873.
