Your username for dialing in should be just the first part of your e-mail address.



4.? Are you trying to log in using an E-mail only account?

When you sign up with EONI you are given a primary dialup account name, which
allows you to access the Internet and e-mail.Additionally, you are given one free
extra e-mail account.This account cannot access the Internet, but will access
e-mail after you are connected using your primary account.
