Q: What is meant by "dynamic" pages?

Dynamic pages are those that are created by the Web server on the fly, that is, only when a browser request calls for certain content to be delivered. This is in contrast to the conventional static Web page which has content that has been determined and built directly into the Web page in advance, and cannot be altered without re-authoring that Web page.
