For more information about putting your pictures on eBay, please see the eBay instructions for posting pictures in the link at the end of this answer or contact eBay directly.
Scan or digitize your photographs and save them as JPEG files (they will have the filename extension .jpg) make sure you have no spaces or symbols in your filenames. Please see our link on how to name your files.
Use the FTP instructions above to copy your JPEG files to the EONI web server.
Your base URL (Universal Resource Locator) for your files is:http://www.eoni.com/~yourlogin
replace yourlogin with your main EONI login/username. This will usually be your main dial-up username you use to connect to EONI. The same username and password used to dial-up are used in your ftp sessions.
If you used FTP to place a filename doghouse.jpg into your public_html folder your complete URL for this filename would be:
http://www.eoni.com/~yourlogin/doghouse.jpg
(remember the URL is case-sensitive as well, if you do not know what case sensitive is please see our discussion of
filenames)
The complete URL is what you need to include in your eBay listing for your picture to be displayed.
You can repeat the process for many picture files. Basic EONI dial-up accounts include 5 megabytes of storage space on the EONI server. Please use your FTP program to delete old picture files you no longer need.
